4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing Mor Social Marketing with accurate and timely information necessary to perform the requested services.
Clients may be responsible for providing:
Business information
Branding materials
Logos
Photos and videos
Product or service information
Access to social media accounts when applicable
Business goals and preferences
Approvals and feedback
Other information reasonably necessary to perform the services
Clients are responsible for reviewing content and providing requested approvals within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Delays in providing information, access, approvals, or feedback may affect the delivery schedule.
5. Client-Provided Content
Clients may provide photographs, videos, logos, graphics, written materials, music, trademarks, or other content for use in marketing services.

Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership of their accounts and ensuring that Mor Social Marketing has the appropriate permissions necessary to perform the requested services.
Mor Social Marketing is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, bans, loss of access, algorithm changes, platform errors, or other actions taken by third-party social media platforms.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Mor Social Marketing may use third-party platforms and services to provide services, including social media platforms, scheduling tools, analytics platforms, payment processors, website platforms, communication tools, and other technology services.
These platforms are operated independently by third parties.
Mor Social Marketing does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for:

Changes to platform policies
Account suspensions
Algorithm changes
Technical errors
Loss of data
Changes to platform functionality
Third-party fees
Third-party privacy practices
Clients may be required to maintain their own accounts with certain third-party platforms.
8. Content Approval
When client approval is required, the client is responsible for reviewing submitted content before publication.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for ensuring that approved content accurately represents their business, products, services, pricing, claims, and offers.
Once content has been approved by the client, Mor Social Marketing may publish the content according to the agreed-upon schedule.
9. Revisions
Revisions are handled according to the applicable service agreement or package.
Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Mor Social Marketing may require written approval before performing work that falls outside the original scope of services.
10. Scheduling and Deadlines
Service schedules and deadlines will be communicated through the applicable service agreement, proposal, calendar, email, or other written communication.
Mor Social Marketing will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.

Client delays
Missing information
Delayed approvals

Technical problems
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
11. Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay the fees specified in their applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement.
Payment terms may vary depending on the service or package.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Payments are due according to the invoice terms.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in services being paused.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Third-party platform fees, advertising costs, subscriptions, or other external costs may be the client's responsibility.
Mor Social Marketing reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.
12. Cancellations and Termination
Cancellation and termination terms for ongoing services will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

A client materially breaches an agreement
A client engages in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct
Required account access is repeatedly unavailable
Continuing the relationship would create unreasonable legal, ethical, or business risks
Upon termination, the client remains responsible for unpaid amounts for services already provided.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mor Social Marketing retains ownership of its original business materials, systems, templates, processes, strategies, frameworks, and proprietary methods.
Client-specific final deliverables may be provided to the client according to the applicable service agreement and payment terms.
Mor Social Marketing may retain copies of work for business records.
Third-party materials, including stock images, fonts, music, software, templates, and platform materials, may be subject to separate licensing terms.
14. Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing, Mor Social Marketing may identify the client as a client and may display publicly available or completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or marketing materials.
Clients may request that their work or business information not be used for promotional purposes by contacting Mor Social Marketing.
15. Confidentiality
Mor Social Marketing will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information provided by clients private.
Confidential information does not include information that:
Is publicly available
Was already known to Mor Social Marketing
Becomes publicly available through no fault of Mor Social Marketing
Is independently developed
Must be disclosed by law
